Competition Horses
These competition horses are truly special, and I feel incredibly lucky to get to call them my partners. Each one brings their own heart, talent, and personality to the job, and they show up every day ready to try their best. It’s an honor to develop them, compete alongside them, and let them shine doing what they love.
Roman Holiday WE
Holly and Huxley began their partnership in 2020 when Holly completed her first Novice event. It quickly became clear that the two were a dynamic match, and they have steadily continued their progression up the levels together. In 2025, they successfully competed at the 2* level and are looking ahead to a hopeful move up in 2026. Holly’s strong personality and endearing quirks are a big part of what makes her so special.

Royalty Happens WE
Huxley first met Happy in 2019 when she was just lightly started under saddle. Initially taken on as a consignment horse for Wits End Eventing, it didn’t take long for Huxley to fall in love with Happy’s kind nature and potential—ultimately leading to Happy staying for good. Now competing at the Modified level, Happy continues to develop with hopes of moving up the levels in 2026. Incredibly sweet and full of character, Happy is especially known for her love of dramatically tossing her feed bowl, keeping everyone entertained in the barn.

Vesuvian
Huxley purchased Ian off the track in 2009, making him the first off-the-track Thoroughbred she ever re-started. While originally intended for eventing, it quickly became clear that Ian’s true passion lay in the dressage arena. Together, Huxley and Ian learned and climbed the levels side by side, a journey that ultimately allowed Huxley to earn both her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals. In 2026, the pair are aiming toward the Grand Prix level. Confident, expressive, and very aware of his own presence, Ian loves nothing more than being handsome and impressive.
